Delete your game data

Current PocketGoal.io releases do not create an account. Local settings and any legacy server records can be handled separately.

Local settings

Clear the game's app data through Android settings, or delete the app (not merely offload it) on iOS. This removes local club, flag and control settings. Device/cloud backups may contain copies; manage them through your platform settings. This action is irreversible.

Legacy account or support data

Email jashimov@gmail.com with a deletion request. For an older account, include the platform and former display name if known. We may request limited additional information to verify ownership. Never send a Google/Apple password.

Request data deletion

What happens

After verification, account profile and platform links, sessions, match-access/lives records and ad-reward records under our control are deleted or anonymized. Support data can also be requested for deletion. Minimal records may remain where legally necessary or needed for a legitimate historical purchase/security matter. Restricted database backups expire in approximately 14 days. Provider data and device backups are handled through Google, Apple or the relevant provider.

В новой версии аккаунт не создаётся. Локальные данные можно удалить очисткой данных приложения в Android или удалением приложения в iOS (не выгрузкой). Резервные копии устройства управляются отдельно. Для удаления данных старого аккаунта или обращения в поддержку напишите на jashimov@gmail.com. Для старого аккаунта укажите платформу и прежнее имя, если помните; пароль не отправляйте. После проверки данные удаляются или обезличиваются, кроме необходимых законных записей. Резервные копии старой базы истекают примерно через 14 дней.
